As a licensed Real Estate Broker serving all of Rhode Island, David specializes in coastal communities and waterfront properties. With over 35 years in real estate sales and property development, David has established long standing relationships, with positive results.  

David is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island. Having grown up in Barrington, David’s world revolves around the waterfront, and especially Narragansett Bay and Newport. He is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Business School with advanced studies in architecture and construction. Prior to David’s full-time involvement in real estate, he was actively involved with importing and distribution of quality yachting and life saving equipment, as well as opening along with his wife Susan, the Sakonnet Boathouse, Rhode Island’s first full-service waterfront kayak and touring store.     

David’s areas of expertise are both Newport and Bristol counties. He has been actively involved with historic restoration, new home construction, and is currently working with local experts in developing the “Accessory Dwelling Unit” concept. 

David is involved with both community and social organizations: Vice Chairman Tiverton Harbor Commission, Vice Chairman Grinnell’s Beach Restoration, Chairman of the Stonebridge Dock Restoration, New York Yacht Club Waterfront Comm. Newport Yacht Club Float and Dock Comm. and an active member of the Herreshoff Marine Museum Volunteers.
